Event Venue Proposed at Lloyd Center
There have been a lot of ideas in the last few years for how to revitalize or redevelop the Lloyd Center, and one proposal is making serious progress. A local music promoter has teamed up with an event venue management company to build a 4,250 seat entertainment venue on the site of the former Nordstrom. They plan to demolish the existing building down to the basement, and build a new building in its place, with a projected completion in mid-2026.
