Kellie Kotlar (she/her)
Owner and Principal Broker, Licensed in Oregon
I fell in love with the Rose City while visiting in college, and made Portland my home in 2001. Portland has so much to offer! It’s close to the ocean and mountains, but there's no need to leave the city to explore the outdoors. Ride a bike or jump on a scooter, Portland has something for everyone. It's a foodie's dream with many wonderful restaurants, breweries, wineries, and farmers markets. It's full of wonderful, creative, caring people—and of course has amazing homes!
For home buyers:
First, I love to educate you in the home buying process. Then the fun begins! Finding the perfect fit in a neighborhood you love is my goal from the very beginning. Becoming a homeowner was one of the best days of my life, and I love sharing these same moments with my clients. Whether you are shopping for your first home, or upgrading to your dream home, I’m excited to be able to share the journey with you.
For home sellers:
I go above and beyond for you! Prepping a house to list can be hard work. But I’ll admit, I’m not scared to get my hands a little dirty. I don’t mind picking up a paintbrush or simply placing flowers in the perfect spot! Maybe you need a contractor for a bigger job, or a little extra staging advice? I can guide you in the direction to get your home market-ready and together we will make your home stand out from the rest!
When I’m not helping clients, I’m spending time with my daughter Clementine (who’s a total rock star and amazing artist), partner Duck (love of my life), and my adorable pups Louie and Buddy (protectors of Mom’s lap). We have lived all over the inner east side of Portland, and are currently in the Eliot neighborhood. We love working on home projects at our 1904 Victorian, playing music, and traveling (New Orleans is our favorite spot to visit). I have a background in the service industry, so eating out is a must, but I equally enjoy hosting dinner parties at our home. I like any excuse I have to explore my own city! Each neighborhood in Portland is special in its own way—I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
