Places to go : Ribbon Ridge

Ribbon Ridge is an American Viticultural Area in the Willamette Valley, just outside of Portland.

It's just 5.25 square miles, but contains 20 vineyards and 10 wineries, with 650 acres of grapes (2/3 pinot noir). It's one of the most spectacular and renowned wine growing regions in the country, with legendary pinot noir.

Trisaetum Winery is known for incredible pinot noir and riesling, their Pashey sparkling wine and Brixeur spirits. (And the winemaker is a talented painter!)

Out of Necessity is a wonderful small family winery--they meticulously farm their land to produce premium pinot noir and chardonnay.

Eminent Domaine is another amazing spot on the Ridge, producing delicious pinot noir and chardonnay, from a beautiful vineyard with great views. @eminentdomaine

There are several Airbnb's on the Ridge, where you can sleep among the vines and walk to wineries.
