I first visited Oregon on a cross country road trip in summer of 2000 and immediately fell in love. I eventually moved to Portland from North Carolina in June of 2005 and have called it home ever since. I currently reside in NE Portland with my daughter, husband, and our German Shepherd. 

Working in Real Estate, I get to meet a variety of people in the community and I truly value those connections. Being an Agent is more than showing houses and writing contracts.

If you are looking to sell a property, I can assess what needs to be done to get the property market-ready.  I can also help to facilitate any repairs, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and staging - through my network of contractors, or even roll up my sleeves and do it myself!  Moving can be stressful and I want to help to get all the things crossed off the list to make it happen as smoothly as possible.  

If you are looking to buy, I can match you with a Mortgage Officer and walk you through the buying process from start to finish. I understand that buying a home or investment property isn’t something that most people do often, and I want my clients to feel comfortable, informed, and prepared.  I have personal experience with both short and long term rental properties and would be happy to help get one off the ground for you.

When I am not working Real Estate I like to spend time with my family, go to concerts, watch movies, work on home improvements, and stay as physically active as possible.
