After graduating college at the University of Oregon, Beth moved to Portland in 2001. Having lived in Portland between kindergarten and 3rd grade, she was attracted back to the city for its reputation of being walk-able, hip, and friendly. Close to the mountain and close to the beach, she has lived in various parts of city, including Bridgeton (Portland’s smallest neighborhood) and she currently resides in Montavilla. Beth and her husband, a contractor, have built a business of buying and rehabbing properties and owning rentals. Loving all aspects of the real estate business, Beth especially enjoys working with people to help a diverse range of buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams. Beth applies all that she has learned in the last 15 years to each and every transaction, which includes: Making sure that clients are informed about the market, positioned-well in offer scenarios, being a great negotiator, making sure each and every sale goes as smoothly as possible and more! Beth loves houses, her dog and cat, traveling in & out of her Sprinter van, and being outside; especially near the water! Favorite pastimes include paddle boarding, snowboarding, sailing and maintaining strong relationships with friends, clients and family.
